Here you can complete surveys, polls and registration forms sent to you by one of the Czech Academy of Sciences institutes on the Suchdol campus. Open a survey with the link from your email invitation.
How it works
- Personal link – The link in your invitation is meant for you only and also gives access to your answers – please do not forward it.
- Automatic saving – Your answers are saved automatically as you go. You can stop and continue later with the same link, even on another device.
- Submitting – Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Once submitted, the survey is closed and your answers can no longer be changed.
- Deadline – If a survey has a deadline, it is shown in the survey itself. After the deadline the survey can no longer be completed.
- Anonymous surveys – In anonymous surveys, your email address is not stored with your answers.
